Doulify (formerly Digidoula) was founded by Marie McCausland, PhD, MPH, CPD, CLC- a tech founder and award-winning writer, speaker, and maternal health advocate.

Marie sits with her 2019 Advocate of the Year award from Mom Congress and her 2019 “Maternal Health Maverick” award from Merck for Mothers.

Marie received her PhD in 2017 from Case Western Reserve University in Molecular Virology, having performed HIV research for a decade. Following a near death experience after the birth of her son she went back to school for an MPH and became an Entrepreneur dedicated to making sure what happened to her never happens to another woman again.

Marie has since certified with CAPPA as a Postpartum Doula and has worked with both The Womb Wellness Center and Nurtured Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.
